Fairfield Inn & Suites Silao Guanajuato Airport

Oh my, the staff at Fairfield by Marriott saved our bacon. Our flight was cancelled twice, so we ended up back at the Fairfield two nights in a row. But, not to fear. Beatriz (reception) and Alex (bartender) took us in like wounded birds. Luggage whisked away, drinks mixed (he makes an excellent G&T), snacks provided without being asked, breakfast to order. Enrique, the manager, helped arrange new boarding passes, even delivering them while we were next door at the restaurant. Beatriz managed to get us a van to a new airport. By the time we finally left, we felt like we were leaving family.

The breakfast was good and prepared on request in the morning. It would be nice if it started a little earlier than 6:30.
